Dr Gary Fettke is an Australian physician who was accused 4 1/2 years ago of a crime. Essentially, his "crime" was advising the avoidance of sugars in the diet. Just this week the Australian Health Practitioner's Regulation Agency has not only cleared Dr Fettke of any wrongdoing, but even apologized in writing.
