Updates in a Quest for Health

I've been introduced to several new resources over the last several months which now have been updated on the Education Resources page.

One of the most exciting is the work that the Bionutrient Food Association is doing. This association is actually working on an open source platform which will have an associated app that will allow you to check the nutrient content of food before you buy! They're hoping to have it available within several months. Learn more at the Bionutrient Food Association's website.

Another is a podcast that is managed by a physician and a nutritionist. The Health Edge is focused on translating the science of self care. They have some very interesting but reasonable approaches to treating and preventing disease.

Take care of yourselves,
